These Terms of Use apply to every visit, enquiry, order, payment, pickup, in-store purchase, and event request offered by RoseHarbor at Cnr Devlin St &, Blaxland Rd, Ryde NSW 2112, Australia. By using this website, sending an enquiry, placing an order, paying for flowers, or collecting a bouquet, you agree to these terms for yourself and, where you order for a group, for every person named on the ticket. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order. The version in force on your payment date governs that transaction. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia, except where mandatory Australian Consumer Law protections cannot be waived. Venue for unresolved disputes is in the courts serving New South Wales, unless the law requires another forum. Current version: 2026. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
RoseHarbor is a florist at Cnr Devlin St &, Blaxland Rd, Ryde NSW 2112, Australia. Contact: +61298088888 or [email protected]. We offer freshly arranged flowers for guests who want simple care, careful preparation, and plenty of beauty — including Signature Roses, Classic Tulips, Luxury Peonies, Orchid Elegance, Seasonal Garden mixes, hydrangeas, lilies, sunflowers, carnations, chrysanthemums, gerberas, daisies, irises, lisianthus, and baby’s breath. A contract for flowers forms when we accept payment or confirm an order in writing, by telephone, or at the counter. We may refuse service to anyone abusive to staff or other guests. Seasonal availability means a named flower may be substituted with a similar stem of equal or better quality if farms cannot supply it on the day. We will tell you when a substitution is material. Opening hours may change on public holidays; confirm before you travel.
We offer a regularly updated florist collection covering hand-selected stems, rich seasonal colour, quality roses, fresh greenery, wrapping, and care notes. Each bouquet has its own stem load and finish time. Collection depends on availability, studio readiness, and our acceptance. We may decline or delay an order if the studio is closed or a safety issue arises. Prices at enquiry are indicative until confirmed at checkout or on the printed ticket. You pay for flowers and service delivered with reasonable care. Website photographs are illustrative and may not match every arrangement exactly because flowers are living products. Customers can choose from different bouquet sizes and add extra stems. You must tell us about serious flower allergies, pet concerns, or colour restrictions before we cut the stems. Flowers are inspected, trimmed, and arranged shortly before the order is ready. We provide simple care recommendations to help you keep the bouquet beautiful for as long as reasonably possible.
The person placing the order must be at least eighteen when paying with a card and must pass these terms to every guest who shares the gift. A deposit or full payment may be required to hold a large event order. Store credit is not redeemable for cash except where the law requires. Arrive at the stated pickup time. Late arrival can wilt the bouquet or, for events, forfeit a reserved studio slot. Provide accurate name, telephone, and occasion information. Pay by the methods shown at the counter or on the form. You are responsible for travel to our Ryde address and for placing leftover flowers in clean water after you leave. If you order for children, you remain responsible for the gift and for supervising them in the shop. GST is added as required by Australian law. If you request delivery, you must give a complete address and a reachable number. Title and risk in the flowers pass at collection or delivery. Keep receipts. Do not leave a wrapped bouquet in a hot car.
Give accurate information about allergies, accessibility needs, or discomfort with strong fragrance such as lilies and certain roses. Follow staff instructions in the shop and studio doorway. Do not enter the cool room or the cutting line. If a bouquet feels unsafe for your health, stop handling it and tell a manager. We may refuse entry or end a visit without refund where a visitor is aggressive or putting others at risk. Children must be accompanied in the shop by a responsible adult. Take care with water buckets, scissors, and thorns, and tell us if something is wrong before you leave. Harassment, theft, and damaging equipment are not allowed. Photography for personal use is welcome; commercial filming needs our consent. Do not rearrange another customer’s order. You must not use our name to suggest that a homemade arrangement was made by RoseHarbor. You remain responsible for how you transport flowers after they leave our care, including heat, rain, and crushing in a bag.
To change a time, size, or bouquet question, contact +61298088888 or [email protected] as early as possible. Changes depend on studio availability and stock. Cancellations of event or large reserved orders with at least twenty-four hours’ notice may qualify for a reschedule or credit, at our discretion and as stated on your confirmation. Shorter notice cancellations and no-shows may lose a deposit. If we cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer a reschedule or a refund of amounts paid for that unmade order. Australian Consumer Law applies if flowers are not of acceptable quality, not fit for a disclosed purpose, or not matching a description we gave. Once a bouquet has been arranged to your ticket, we generally cannot reverse the work, though we will remake an arrangement that is our error, such as the wrong colour family. Living flowers continue to change after sale. A bloom that opens further at home is not automatically a defect. We do not refund because a recipient’s taste differs from the buyer’s brief.
Our studio is a live environment with water, sharp tools, thorns, and staff monitoring. If a guest feels unwell, tell the host so we can pause service or help you leave safely. Leaving early by choice after flowers have been prepared does not automatically create a refund, though we will be fair if the cause was our error. We may end a visit immediately for equipment damage, ignored safety instructions, or harassment. Our stems are prepared daily and arranged shortly before collection. Because we use shared buckets, benches, and tools, we cannot promise a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies must speak to a manager before ordering. Do not drink flower water. Keep bouquets away from small children who might pull stems into their mouths. Wet floors may be slippery; walk carefully. Freshness recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee of a fixed number of vase days. Follow the care card: clean water, trimmed stems, away from fruit bowls and direct heat where possible.

Content is provided in good faith but may contain occasional errors in hours or prices — confirm details before you travel or pay. Do not disrupt the website or present our images as your brochure. RoseHarbor takes reasonable care in arranging flowers, briefing guests, and hosting the shop. Nothing limits rights you cannot contract out of under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory Australian law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disappointment with taste in colour, missed party timing caused by your late arrival, or indirect or consequential loss. For household flower purchases, consumer guarantees still apply. Liability for any other claim from an order or visit is limited to the amount paid for the affected flowers, except negligence causing personal injury where the law disallows a cap. Flower service involves ordinary risks of thorns, water, scent, and a busy shop, which you accept when you order or step in.
